stellazio SG omg. i just got the weirdest shock of my life today. there's a SMRT train nutter in my class. he even surfs SGF! draws us a diagram of the new model trains, their numbers of refurbished, new and existing trains. drew out the whole routemap. and worse still, he addresses me as brother!

the Bear SG TGIF! well, some things to write, some things to send, some where to go, some food to eat.. then the day is over.. and it's the weekend! i look forward to weekends so much now the anticipation actually starts on Monday!

honeymouse SG I don't know how you do it. Weekends are the only time you get to catch up with people..... I think I will feel isolated and lonely not being able to do that.
tare SG like dat can i blame HDB for building not non-slip bathroom floorings tat cause me to slip and fall and hurt my back? get compensation for medical treatment, pyshio-theraphy, constant physical pain and emotional agony [of not able to wear heels]... oh yes and claim the $$ to buy flats to wear... and cos i can't exercise i bec fat and have to change wardrobe; self esteem suffers from becoming fat.... can i can i can i???
Rhonda SG I know of a few other nurses who don't have weekends like me. It's the penalty rates that sweeten the situation and makes things worthwhile. I don't think I'll work weekends forever though... once I hit the max pay rate in about three years' time, I shall cut back my workdays. My dream is to work permanent full-time for just three or four days a week, and register with an agency / Nurse Bank to pick up extra shifts as and when I wish to. I do enjoy the odd Saturday or Sunday off though. Oh! I have been given a Sunday off before CNY... is that an appropriate date for our celebration?
